I've heard this from so many people. They go to the doctor and get told to lose weight to help whatever their medical condition is. One lady, in her 70's, said that her doctor told her to exercise. She replied, "I can't do exercise but I can do extra fries."
One thing that doctors know that we just don't get is that many times when we return to our proper body weight many of our illnesses go away. That's right, folks. Sometimes our bodies are too big for our bodies to handle. Our DNA knows exactly the shape and size we should be. And when we pass that shape and size our bodies sometimes have a hard time keeping up and taking care of itself.
